hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air

Many items which appear harmless in everyday use can pose danger on air transport and are consequently
forbidden for transport.
The following page displays a sampling of common prohibited and restricted goods.
Your parcel must be boxed and well packaged. This will reduce the risk of damage to any item during
transit or any associated automated distribution process.
Please be aware the item is not taken by hand from collection to destination and will visit many sorted
facilities on its journey. For that reason, you need to protect the items to ensure they make it from A

Of all the features we offer to somebody shipping to Chongqing, from ultra-competitive pricing through to ease of booking, perhaps the most important is security and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your Chongqing parcel delivery will be protected each and every step of the way until it reaches its destination.
Chongqing is a Chinese city that has been specifically targeted for regeneration and redevelopment, with the aim of boosting the economy of the entire area. When it officially became a city in March 1997, estimates claimed that the population was being boosted by the arrival of 1,300 people every single day and that, to cope with this influx, 137,000 square metres of usable floor space were being constructed on a daily basis. This massive growth led to a centre populated by massive skyscrapers and Western-style pedestrianised shopping malls. The development of Chongqing looks set to continue apace with the completion of the Three Gorges Dam, which will be the world’s largest and will not only power the region but will allow ocean-going ships to reach the city’s port. This activity has led to heavy foreign investment in Chongqing, with the likes of Walmart, Mazda, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank and Ford setting up bases there.
Obviously, then, the demand for Chongqing shipping is only going to grow and, as more and more people wish to send their packages there, the fact that we offer one of the industry’s best shipment protection deals makes RapidParcel.com the obvious choice for the task. To begin with, your Chongqing parcel delivery will be handled by one of the best couriers in the business; a brief glance at the list of couriers we work with will confirm that we only use trusted, household names to handle shipping to Chongqing. Once your delivery is on its way, you’ll be able to check its progress in and out of each depot between here and Chongqing via our website, with even multiple deliveries being easy to monitor on a single page.
Shipment protection that’s second to none
The level of service we provide means that it’s highly unlikely anything will go wrong but, just to put your mind at ease, we’ve teamed up with Poundgates, one of the world’s leading providers of shipment protection. Like the couriers we work with, they’re the best around, ISO-accredited and listed at Lloyds as an approved cover holder. This level of expertise, however, doesn’t mean you’ll be paying a premium price for your Chongqing package delivery. As with our couriers, we’ve used our size and our long-term relationship with Poundgates to negotiate rates which are the best in the market.
Of course, the same level of cover is available to all our customers. You could be sending a parcel delivery to Shenzhen or arranging a Tianjin package delivery and you’d be assured of the same high level of protection. We view shipment protection as being on a par with all the other facets of our service, which is to say that it’s the best available, easy to understand and brought to you at a highly competitive price.
Another way in which you can protect your packages is to pack them correctly, something that we talk about a lot on our website. From the packing materials that you use to the way you use them, you can have an impact on how safe the contents of your parcels will be when in transit with our carriers.
