Shipments delivered via Rapid Standard will not necessarily be delivered to the addressee personally. The Carrier may deliver a package to the addressee shown on the barcode label or to any other person appearing to have authority to accept delivery of the package on the addressee's behalf (such as persons at the same premises as the addressee or neighbours of the addressee). When shipping to residential address, if the drop off location is in a safe area, then the courier driver will leave the parcel at your doorstep.
After you have paid for a delivery service within UK, you will be redirected to a page where you can download and print out the relevant shipping labels, i.e
AWB (Courier Waybill - barcode label) - Address label.
The above documents must be attached to the parcel. Otherwise your package will be rejected by the driver.
Goods travelling by 'Cargo' are subject to different restrictions to those travelling as carry-on luggage.
A shipment within UK is deemed unacceptable if: it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ADR (Euro-pean Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods) or other relevant organisation. Many items which appear harmless in everyday use can pose danger on air transport and are consequently forbidden for transport.
The following page displays a sampling of common prohibited and restricted goods.
Your parcel must be boxed and well packaged. This will reduce the risk of damage to any item during
transit or any associated automated distribution process.
Please be aware the item is not taken by hand from collection to destination and will visit many sorted
facilities on its journey. For that reason, you need to protect the items to ensure they make it from A
to B safely.

When you book a parcel delivery to Leeds, we think you should be able to take for granted certain features of the service provided. That your shipping to Leeds will be handled with care, and will arrive precisely when and where you want it to, for example, and that the booking process will make it plain, in an easy-to-follow manner, exactly what you can expect from your carrier and precisely how much your Leeds delivery is going to cost you. We provide all this, and many fabulous extras, when you send a package delivery to Leeds with RapidParcel.com, but we don't charge a premium price to go along with our premium service. On the contrary, whether you're a personal customer sending a delivery to Leeds for the birthday of a loved one, or a corporate client whose Leeds shipping is key to securing vital sales, we do our best to make sure you don't pay a single penny more than you have to.
The Yorkshire city of Leeds is the largest legal, financial services and business centre in the UK outside London. Its economy is diverse in nature, with the service sector now taking the role traditionally played by older manufacturing industries. Leeds was the first city in Britain to have full digital and broadband coverage, and this has enabled it to take the lead in the information technology field, with internet companies such as Ananova, Freeserve and Contactmusic.com emerging from the city and over 33% of the UK's internet traffic passing through it. Leeds' situation near the centre of the UK, and its excellent transport links, has led to it attracting tourists in recent years, with attractions in the city itself including the West Yorkshire Playhouse, the Royal Armouries Museum and the Henry Moore Institute.
